For the most part, yes.
If it’s overnight by 10:30, they will be there by 10:30.
If it’s slow boat from Mars, it’s a different story.
Routes are often decided by the driver, and we/they all run the same area differently, so one day a 3 day delivery might be there by 13:00, and a different driver gets there at 16:50..
