VR is a new platform, there isn’t much study done on the positive and negative health effects.
That said I wouldn’t really recommend sleeping in VR.
I have friends that sleep in VRchat all the time, but I honestly believe that the light from the headsets will damage your retinas if you’re wearing it nearly 24/7..
